The Driver Era comes to SU for the 2026 Block Party
The sibling duo will be joined by Ravyn Leane and Snow Strippers on April 24 for the annual University Union event.
University Union announced the lineup for this year’s Block Party Wednesday. The event will be headlined by The Driver Era, R&B singer Ravyn Leane and electronic music duo the Snow Strippers.
The annual spring semester event will be Friday, April 24 at the JMA Wireless Dome.
The Driver Era is composed of former Disney Channel stars Ross Lynch (Austin & Ally) and his brother, Rocky. The two were previously a part of the band R5 with their other siblings, which ended in 2018. Since then, the two brothers established The Driver Era and have released four studio albums, including their latest, Obsession, which featured songs “You Keep Me Up at Night” and “Touch.”
Ravyn Leane released her debut album, Hypnos in May 2022. Her second album, Bird’s Eye, released in August 2024. It includes the hit song, “Love Me Not,” which peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Snow Strippers rose to fame in 2021 during the resurgence of the indie sleaze. The duo, composed of singer Tatiana Schwainger and record producer Graham Perez, have since self-released an album and two mixtapes. They are currently touring North America.
This year, UU is offering a flash sale for SU and SUNY ESF students. Tickets will be $15 from March 25 to March 27 at 11:59 p.m. Ticket prices will increase to $20 from March 28 until the day of the event.
